    Absolutely love your posts and podcasts! I’m LDS, 51, former figure competitor, personal trainer. And stalled! Your info has made so much sense to me. I’m pretty sure I’ve been dieing to long, the scale is creeping up and I want to try a reverse. Can you send me your flow sheet.I requested it another way a couple days ago but I haven’t seen it yet.
