Kimbur Foutz

Kimbur has struggled with body image since she was a young girl. She had others point out her problems areas so that is all she could see. She felt defeated after having her 4th baby and just didn't know where to go from there. Since joining MACROS 101, she has learned to focus on her wins. That change has shifted her focus away from her flaws and has helped her see the true beauty of her body.
