Jewels Lamm

Jewels had a restrictive, good vs. bad food mindset. She started listening to Amber's podcast and a whole new world opened up for her. She joined MACROS 101 and learned that even at 48, she can make changes. She can choose what she wants to do. She is ready to tell the world what she has learned and is excited for her future. She got an unexpected bonus for her mom out of M101 also!
