Fall is officially here! It's my favorite time of year. The cooler temps are very much welcome around here! I also love all the fall flavors! Caramel apple is always a winner in my book.
This creamy caramel dip is a great snack/treat that's pretty macro balanced ( 1 serving = Cal 127 C 9.2g F 6.4g P 8g). I kind of think it tastes like cake batter! It's so yummy with pretzels (hello, sweet and salty). Dip your fruit in it (apples, grapes, strawberries), dip pretzels or whatever else you can dream OR spread it on a bagel, rice cake….or eat it with a spoon! 🙂
I hope you enjoy this fun fall treat! My kids ate half the bowl when they came home from school! It's a winner for everyone.

Create your own recipe if you'd like, I used Muscletech vanilla protein powder (nutrition C 9g F 2g P 20g). If your protein powder nutrition varies a lot, feel free to log your own recipe in MFP.

Amber, this is the second time I have taken a look at counting Macros. I tried the first time and quickly gave up because I felt like it’s too hard. BUT, I realize the only way I’m going to see results is to make real changes, and this seems to be the way of so many (long-term) success stories. Your narrative speaks to “Moms” which I am a Mom, but my babies are 38 and 33 now. I’m curious, do you have any adjustments, advice, considerations for women who are post-menopausal? I’m 64 and feeling like my hormones, or lack thereof, are playing a role in my not being able to lose the weight. Thank you for taking the time to read this and any advice you may have.
