I'm sharing how my fitness routine has changed since I stepped into the gym at age 14. I have gone through different styles of training; starting with group fitness and moving through bodybuilding, powerlifting, and onto CrossFit. I'm also going to compare and contrast these different training styles and give you an idea of what the different lifting styles look like.
